Priya Gupta

Founding Partner

Priya is the founder of Ceriba. She is based in New Delhi and has over 18 years of experience in advising clients on talent management including talent strategy, talent retention and executive search. She works across sectors and is active in the technology, digital, consulting, risk & compliance, tax & legal and HR domains. Priya has done two entrepreneurial stints in the media and consulting space. Priya is on the board of Sakha Consulting Wings, a social enterprise that provides safe transport solutions for women by women. Priya has an engineering degree from Punjab Technical University and MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Prashant

Prashant Vikram Singh

Cofounder

Prashant is the co-founder of Ceriba and is based in New Delhi and specializes in practice acquisition and full pyramid hiring. Prashant works across consulting, outsourcing, ESG, strategy and finance functions. Prior to Ceriba, Prashant was a partner with PwC where he did multiple roles in the deals advisory and consulting practice. He worked extensively across sectors with the private sector and the government. In his last role at PwC, Prashant led the sustainability and climate change practice. Prashant has a Bachelor in Technology from IIT Kanpur and MBA from IIM Bangalore.
